Last of all is a wallpaper including all the babies found at the Shattrath Orphange. Understandably there were no undead babies (gross), but strangely there were no Draenei or Gnome babies. Oh, well. These are cute anyways. Made with photoshop.

Ok. Its been a long weekend for me. I've made a ton of new wallpapers for your enjoyment. All of them are 1200x900 pixels.

The last ones are random favorites of mine from Magic: the Gathering. The first one has all the Lhurgoyf cards and the 2 characters spawned form the original card. Even has an Undead Hans. Poor Hans. He's still getting chased.
The second wallpaper is an update. I made a Battlemage wallpaper months ago! After the release of the Time Spiral block I realised that there were 2 new Battlemages, so I made a new, and I think better looking, wallpaper.
Like the one without a name? Wonder who it is? Why that's Braids, Cabal Minion. I based that wallpaper off of one from Planar Chaos found here: http://www.wizards.com/magic/images/mtgcom/products/planarchaos/puzzle2.asp I tried to make it look like the other and think I did a pretty good job.
Wow. I fell bad that I don't have anything special to write about Eternal Dragon other than it looks cool. Oh well.
Finally I have Fruitcake Elemental. It isn't a regular card. The art and card can be found here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/arcana/1240 Big, nasty, and the perfect family heirloom for generations to come.

Starcraft2

If you haven't heard already Starcraft 2 has been announced. Hopefully it will fair better than the last announce Strcraft game, Starcraft: Ghost. Here are some wallpapers made from the concept art posted on the site.

Also I decided to make the size of my wallpapers a bit larger so I could have more room to play with.

How big CAN Mistform Ultimus get?

So the other day I was wondering "How big and nasty could Mistform Ultimus get in a tribal setup?" because of the above wallpaper. I mean, Mistform Ultimus is one of EVERY creature type. So what would happen if it was in a deck built for its creature types?

First some rules. The bonuses must come from a creature or enchantment or artifact that reads “all ____ (creatures) have X”, so no instants or sorceries. No -X/-X, even if the spell gives a bonus to other creatures. Must say “all” not “target creature.”

Also, I’m not going to include those that need another card to buff up the creature or those of exponential growth in the initial count; that will be later. I’m just not gonna do enchantments or non-creature artifacts at this time. There are too many and are too complicated, but I might add them later.

If all “lords” are in play:
Assquatch: +1.5/+1.5
Elvish Champion: +1/+1 Forestwalk
Goblin King: +1/+1 Mountainwalk
Kobold Overlord: First Strike
Lord of Atlantis: +1/+1 Islandwalk
Lord of the Undead: +1/+1
Lovisa Coldeyes: +2/+2 Haste
Zombie Master: B: Regenerate this permanent
Swampwalk

So already this sucker is an astounding +6.5/+6.5, can’t be blocked by Green, Red, Blue, or Black creatures, has first strike and haste, and regenerates. Yikes. What else we got?

So that equals a Mistform Ultimus cast for with Forest, Island, Mountain, and Swampwalk, First Strike, Haste, Trample, Vigilance and Whenever MU deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card. Its final stats are 19.5/21.5!

That is stillnot including everything on the Sliver Legion Wallpaper! If I added those numbers the MU becomes 109.5/111.5 and could still attack if you go off of what the card originally said, defender or no.

Yikes! Add in Hivestone or Coat of Arms to that equation and my head starts to hurt. But those are activities for another day.
